Description

This pecan pie can be in either regular pastry shell or chocolate pastry shell. Holiday favourite which has a rich mixture of pecan nuts and gooey sugary taste.

Ingredients:

Corn syrup, brown sugar, cornstarch, butter, eggs, vanilla extract, graham crumbs, pecan halves.

Plain pastry shell:

all purpose flour, butter, vegetable shortening, brown sugar, salt, water

Chocolate shell:

cocoa powder, eggs, pastry flour, bread flour, baking powder, butter, sugar, salt, vanilla extract
